I appoint my parents, Mr. Gus P. Constantinou and Mrs. Despina Con- stantinou of 1740 Fillmore Street, Aliquippa, Pennsylvania, County of Bea- ver, to be executors of this will. They may, if they wish, elect to have my sister, if they are unable to do so at the time of my death, to act on their behalf to become the executor of the will. My sister, Carole Vande- vort of Aurora, Colorado, may if she wishes, elect to have the Commonwealth National Bank of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, to act as co-executor of this will. My sister, Carole Vandevort, resides at 518 Zion Street, Aurora, Colorado as of this date, will automatically become the executor of this will ahould both my parents are not living at the time of my death. I hereby instruct my Executor to pay my just debts and funeral ex- penses as soon after my death as may be practical. I further order my Executor to have my body taken first to Niel Funeral Home, Inc in Camp Hill, PA to prepare my body for burial and to hold services for my friends in the Harrisburg, PA area. Afterwards, I would like to be transported to Aliquippa, PA where my final resting place will be. In respect for my parents, if alive at this time, I would like to be placed in a funeral home of their choice to hold services for mine and their friends. As a member of the Greek Orthodox Church in Aliquippa, I request services by the priest of the Kimisis Tis Theotokou.pri,or to burial. If my parents 4re not living at the time of my death, I wish to be transported from Harrisburg to the chapel at the Woodlawn Cemetary, at Sheffield Terrace, Aliquippa, PA for friends to pay their last respect in Aliquippa. My burial plot is in Section H-160B Space 7 & 8, next to my parents. A bronze placque is requested by me as my headstone. I wish to be buried with my Penn State class ring, placed on my left hand. I wish to receive a Greek Orthodox prayer by the local priest in Harrisburg and burial prayers by the Aliquippa priest of the church I am currently a member of the Kimisis Tis Theotokou of Aliquippa. With the exception of my possessions to be given as gifts to persons so named, my family and only the four persOns named who are Despina Con- stantinou, Gus P. Constantinou, Carole Vandevort, sister, and Dennis Con- stantine, brother, may choose articles that may be passed on as family heirlooms prior to the tax assessments and/or sale of my possessions that proceeds go into the estate. All other possessions, except those I speci- fy to go to certain persons, I hereby give my executor the power to invest and reinvest any funds in my estate, and with full power as such. My ex- ecutor is to sell, transfer, exchange, or otherwise dispose of any assets of my estate at public or private sale in such manner and fashion as he or she deems advisable. Tne house and property at 344 North Front Street, Wormleysburg, PA 17043, is to be placed on the market, assessed at the current market price, and sold to the highest bidder and is not to be auctioned off. - - - _ All taxes and government fees associated with the transfer of my pro- perty are to be paid out of the residuary estate and all fees satisfied. The current address as of May 21, 1990 of my mortgagor is Mr.Bransby W. Bushey, Jr. residing at 1 Marlyn Circle, Wayne, PA 19087. The current balance of payments are found in the strong box of the hall closet. The money from the sale of the house and it's contents are to go into the estate and equally divided between my parents and my brother and sis- ter. The balance of my possessions, household items, automobile, and associated possessions known to belong to me are to be sold at public or private sale and the proceeds are to be placed into my estate and equally divided as mentioned above. Page 2 My niece, Virginia Vandevort (maiden name), presently living with her parents at 418 zion Street, Aurora Colorado, is bequeathed my grand- father's clock who is to use it as a family heirloom and pass it down her side of the family with the history of the Constantine-Vandevort name for future generations. Virginia is also to inherit my silver coffee and tea set along with the creamer and sugar bowl and trey that match in the set. My Kawai SR-7 organ, currently valued at $18,000 shall be given to Virginia with her choice to either bestow it to her father, Robert Vandevort to use as his own and not to be sold and to pass it on as a family heirloom or if impractical to transport to their home, Virginia is to sell it on consignment at a organ retail store and not to be auc- tioned off. The proceeds of the sale will go to my niece to be used for her college funds only, or, if she wishes, to be placed into a special account bearing interest as a college fund for her children. To my sister, Carole, I bequeath my collection of Capademonte porce- lain rose collection and all the ivory pieces I own. In addition, I would like Carole to have my Canon A-1 Camcorder with all accessories and any films I have taken for her keepsake. In addition Carole is to take the Noretake China, the Misaka China, fine stemware, and any antique china, glass, or serving sets. I would like to have them passed on to anyone of her choice within the family so she chooses. To my brother Dennis and his wife Saieko, I would bequeath my entire audio-visual equipment and still cameras. This request includes all record, tape, and CD collection. In addition, I want Dennis to have my Tandy TL 1000 computer with monitor and Star 1000 printer. The computer is worth over $2,500 at present prices. I wish to contribute $2,000 to the Kimisis Tis Theotokou church of Aliquippa, PA towards the purchase of some item needed within the church in memory of me and my parents to thank God for giving a good life on this Earth and for the pleasure of living on the planet he created. In addition, I would like to contribute $500 to the Cancer Re- search Foundation for the purpose of research and to help end this dreaded disease. I wish that $500 be given to AIDS research which is becoming just as deadly a disease as cancer. A total of $1,000 is to be placed for research in order to rid these diseases for mankind.
