AND NOW this 1..\\6 day Of~~~~U' 2006, having reviewed the
enclosed Petition for Approval and Settlement of Wrongful Death and Survival Actions with
concurrences from all parties involved, it is hereby Ordered and decreed that:
1. Petitioner, Victoria J. Ambrose, as Administratrix of the Estate, is authorized
and empowered to settle the above-captioned matter on behalf of the Estate of Eugene A.
Muller, II, by accepting the sum of sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000.00) for the claims
referenced within said Petition.
2. The amount of sixty-five thousand dollars ($65,000.00) is hereby approved
and may be accepted by the representative of the Estate and distributed pursuant to the
laws of this Commonwealth as follows:
(a)
Pennsylvania Wrongful Death Statute,
42 Pa. C.S.A. Section 8301.
Sixty (60%) percent of net
estate: ($26,431.54)
(b)
Pennsylvania Survival Act; 42 Pa. C.S.A.
Section 8302.
Forty (40%) percent of net
estate: ($17,621.03)
$19,500.00
(c)
Wiley, Lenox, Colgan & Marzzacco, P .C.
Counsel Fees (30%).
(d)
