ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the buildings and improvements thereon erected situate in Enola,
East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING in the westerly line of Wyoming Avenue at the distance of 190 feet measured northwardly along
said line of Avenue from the northeasterly extremity of the arc or curve having a radius of 10 feet connecting
the northerly line of Dauphin Street with the. said line of Wyoming Avenue; extending thence passing through
the middle of the party wall between the house on this lot and the house on the lot adjoining on the South, South
79 degrees 40 minutes West, 150 feet; thence North 10 degrees 20 minutes West, 50 feet; thence North 79
degrees 40 Minutes East, 150 feet to the said westerly line of Wyoming Avenue; thence along said line of
Wyoming Avenue, South 10 degrees 20 minutes Last, 50 feet to the place of BEGINNING.
