To Whom It May Concern:
By way of introduction, I am the attorney responsible for filing Inheritance
Taxes for the above-listed Estate. I am writing this letter to request an extension
of time to file the Return. I am unable to file the Return at this time because I
cannot confirm the value of Estate Assets and other liabilities. I fully expect to
file the Return in the near future. I am sending an original letter to both the
Department of Revenue and the Register of Wills.
