Please be advised that I represent Doris Bossert and Marlene Fidler, Co-Trustees ofthe
Kramer Living Trust created under Trust Agreement dated 12103/2001 and also the Co-
Executrices of the Estate of H. Lloyd Kramer.
We have made a preliminary, estimated computation ofthe Inheritance Tax due, and we
desire to make the payment during the 5% discount period.
Accordingly, we are tendering herewith a check made payable to the "Register of Wills,
Agent" in the amount of Sixteen Thousand Dollars ($16,000.00) as a prepayment of the
Inheritance Tax during the three month, 5% discount period (8/19/06 - 11/19/06).
Kindly provide us with a receipt ofthe payment and forward that receipt to the
undersigned. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
