PETITION TO WITHDRAW OBJECTIONS TO ACCOUNT PURSUANT TO SETTLEMENT
AND PETITION FOR CONFIRMATION OF ACCOUNT. DISCHARGE OF AUDITOR AND
APPROV AL OF AUDITOR'S FEES
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
NOW COMES, Betty J. Stouffer ("the Petitioner"), by and through her attorneys
undersigned, and states the following in support of her petition:
1. The Petitioner filed objections to the account of the Executor of the within Estate, and
this Court appointed Mark Mateya, Esquire to serve as Auditor.
2. The Petitioner's objections to the Executor's Account have been resolved pursuant to
a settlement between the Executor and all parties having an interest in the Estate.
3. The Petitioner now wishes the Account to be confirmed.
4. The Auditor has agreed to accept a fee of $400 for his service as Auditor, and the
Petitioner is willing to guarantee that the Auditor receives payment of his fees.
WHEREFORE, the Petitioner prays this Honorable Court Order and Decree that-
1. the Petitioner's objections to the Executor's Account be deemed withdrawn; 2. the
Account be Confirmed; 3. the Auditor's fees be approved in the amount of $400; and 4. the
Auditor's appointment be vacated and that he be discharged of his duties.
