On demand, the undersigne d, RA.ENDRA DIGAMBER BORGAONKAR, of 515 Sand
Bank Road, Mt. Holly Springs, PA, 17065, the undersigned, promises to pay to the order of
DIGAMBER S. BOO GAONKAR or his assig ns the sum of One Hundred Thousand 00/100
($100,000.00) DOLLARS, without offset, for value received, together with interest at the rate
of 6% per annum.
AND FURTHER, the undersigned do hereby authorize and empower any attorney of
any court of record of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for the undersigned and to enter
judgment against the undersigned in favor of any ho Ider of this note fo r the above sum,
together with interest then due, and together with costs of suit, release of errors, and together
with an attorney's commission of 5%, an d without stay of ex ecution of any kind; and the
undersigned hereby waives and releases an y and all benefit and relieffrom any and all
appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any state now in force or herei nafter to be passed.
It is the condition ofthis obligation that the undersigned shall pay such installments
of principal and interest as the parties may agree and, in the absence of such agreement,
shall make such pa yments of principal and interest as the said DIGAMBER S.
BOOGAONKAR may demand.
