COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff, Bank of Hanover & Trust Company, is a State Bank organized and existing
under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principle office located at 25
Carlisle Street, Hanover, Pennsylvania, 17331,
2. Defendant, Michelle D, Rhine, is an adult individual whose last known address is 34 East
High Street, Apt. 2, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013,
3, Defendant, William E. Shartzer, is an adult individual whose last known address is 34
East High Street, Apt. 2, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013.
4. On or about June 30, 2004, the Plaintiff loaned the Defendants the principal sum of
$8,500.00, Attached as Exhibit "A" incorporated and by reference is copy of the Pennsylvania
Motor Vehicle Installment Sale Contract.
5. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the installment sale contact, the
Defendants, jointly and severally, were to make regular monthly payments in the amount of$136. 71.
6. The Defendants are in default under the terms and conditions of the note and security
agreement in that they have failed to make their regular monthly payments since June 30, 2006,
7. As of September 5, 2006, the outstanding delinquent amount is $460.13,
8. In accordance with the terms and conditions of the note and security agreement, upon
default, the entire balance, both principal, interest, late charges, reasonable attorney fees and costs
are now due and owing,
9, As of October 23, 2006, the outstanding balance due on said note is $6,674.27 plus
accruing interest, costs and reasonable attorney fees.

WHEREFORE, the Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendants in the sum of
$6,674.27, together with all costs, interests, escrows, late charges and reasonable attorney fees.
