I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses, including my cemetery lot and grave marker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my death as part of the expense of the administration of my estate. ITEM II. I devise and bequeath all of my estate of every nature and wherever situate equally among my issue per stirpes, with the direction that the share that I leave to my son, James Clawser, shall be held by Patricia A. Hanshaw IN TRUST to be managed for the benefit of James Clawser, Patricia A. Hanshaw to use her absolute discretion in determining whether any money will be paid to my son and when and in what amounts money will be paid to him or on his behalf. ITEM III. I direct that any and all Inheritance, Estate and Transfer taxes imposed upon my estate passing under my Will or otherwise, shall be paid out of the principal of my residual estate. ITEM IV. I appoint Patricia A. Hanshaw, Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament. In the event of her renunciation, death, resignation or inability to act for any reason whatsoever, I appoint Rhonda R.
