1 Real Estate - All that certain piece or parcel of real estate having erected thereon a 140,000.00
dwelling house being known and numbred as 312 East Coover Street,
Mechanlcsburg, Pennsylvania. The property was acquired by John B. Milliken and
Mary Ellen MIlliken, husband and wife, by Deed dated November 2, 1956 and
recorded November 5, 1956 In the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, a
copy of said Deed being attached hereto and Incorporated herein. The said Mary
Ellen MIlliken died October 7, 2002, whereupon full and complete title became
vested solely In John B. Milliken, the Decedent herein. The above-described real
estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement for the Sale of Real Estated dated
September 13, 2006, a copy of which is attached hereto and Incorporated herein.
Final settlement took place on September 29, 2006. A copy of the Deed conveying
said real estate, along with a copy of the Settlement Statement, are attached hereto
and Incorporated herein. The sale price of the real estate was $140,000.00.

CYNTHIA J. MUSSER, single person, of
Mechanicsburg, Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania,
party of the second part:
WHEREAS, the said John B. Milliken by his Last Will and Testa-
ment, duly proved and recorded in the Cumberland County Register
of Wills Office, Pennsylvania, in Docket Book 21-06-0649, Letters
Testamentary being issued on July 20, 2006, provided, in perti-
nent part, as follows:
FXRST: I devise and bequeath all the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate of whatever nature
and wherever situate, including any property over which
I hold power of appointment and together with any
insurance policies thereon, in equal shares, to my
daughters, KATHY A. MILLIKEN and KAREN A. YOUNG...
FOURTH: In addition to all powers granted to
them by law and by other provisions of this Will, I
give the fiduciaries acting hereunder the following
powers, applicable to all property, exercisable without
court approval and effective until actual distribution
of all property:
(A) To sell at public or private sale, or to
lease, for any period of time, any real or personal
property and to give options for sales, exchanges or
leases, for such prices and upon such terms (including
credit, with or without security) or conditions as are
deemed proper. This includes the power to give legally
sufficient instruments for transfer of the property and
to receive the proceeds of any disposition of it...
SEVENTH: I nominate and appoint my daughters,
KATHY A. MILLIKEN and KAREN A. YOUNG, Co-Executrixes of
this, my Last Will and Testament. I direct that my Co-
Executrixes, and their successors, shall not be re-
quired to power security or a bond for the performance
of their duties in any jurisdiction.
NOW THIS INDENTURE WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first
part, by virtue of the power and authority aforesaid, in said
Will contained, and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
Forty Thousand Dollars ($140,000.00) to them paid by the said
party of the second part, at and before the ensealing and deliv-
ery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, have granted, bargained, sold and conveyed, and do hereby
grant, bargain, sell and convey to the said party of the second
part, her heirs and assigns forever:
ALL THAT CERTAIN house and lot of ground situate in the Borough
of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the South side of East Coover Street (50
feet wide) at the dividing line between Lots No. 15 and 16,
Section "A" on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence
along said dividing line South 17 degrees 12 minutes East one
hundred sixty-one and fifty-six hundredths (161.56) feet to a
point; thence South 72 degrees 48 minutes West sixty-five (65)
feet to Lot No. 14, Section "A"; thence along said Lot No. 14,
Section "A", North 17 degrees 12 minutes West one hundred sixty-
one and fifty-six hundredths (161.56) feet to the South side of
East Coover Street; thence along the South side of East Coover
Street North 72 degrees 48 minutes East sixty-five (65) feet to
Lot No. 16, Section "A", at the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 15, Section "A", in the Plan of Blackburn Village
as recorded in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in

HAVING erected thereon a single brick dwelling house being known
and numbered as 312 East Coover Street, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylva-
nia.
BEING the same premises which John W. Christmas and Doris L.
Christmas, his wife, by deed dated November 2, 1956 and recorded
November 5, 1956 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds
Office in Deed. Book aMa, Volume 17, Page 214, granted and con-
veyed unto John B. Milliken and Mary Ellen Milliken, his wife.
The said Mary Ellen Milliken died October 7, 2002 whereupon full
and complete title became vested solely in John B. Milliken, the
decedent herein.
TOGETHER with all and singular the rights, liberties, privileges,
hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining, and the reversions and remainders,
rents, issues and profits thereof, and all the estate, right,
title, interest, property, claim and demand whatsoever of the
said John B. Milliken at and immediately before the time of his
decease, in law or equity or otherwise howsoever, of, in, to or
out of the same:
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said granted premises to the said party
of the second part, her heirs and assigns forever.
AND the said parties of the first part, do covenant, promise,
grant and agree, to and with the said party of the second part,
her heirs and assigns, by these presents, that the said parties
of the first part, have not done, committed, or knowingly or
willingly suffered to be done, any act, matter or thing what-
soever, whereby the premises aforesaid, or any part thereof, is,
are, shall or may be charged or encumbered, in title, charge or
estate, or otherwise howsoever.

Dear Mr. Bogar,
I have enclosed forms and letters of instruction that will need to be
completed (or you can do your own letter). I do not know whether Karen or
Kathy will reinvest the money or liquidate the accounts. If they do keep the
money invested, there is no sales charge. I will call and schedule an
appointment with Kathy to find out what she wants to do. I would be happy to do
that for Karen, if she would like -to meet, otherwise, I assume Karen will handle it
herself.

IRA
With the IRA, the ladies have 2 options:
. They can take the IRA all in one lump sum, and pay taxes all in one year
. They can run distributions (withdraws) over their life expectancy.
Since John was over age 70 112, they cannot take the money out within a 5-
year period. If the ladies take life expectancy they can hasten withdrawing
the IRA money and take all the money at sometime in the future. It would all
be taxable when withdrawn.
TOO Account
I just had a death claim in the last couple weeks and I have enclosed, for your
convenience, the form that is needed by Dept. of Revenue.
The letters of instruction to American Funds need to be signature
Mary Beth Spuhler is a registered representative of and offers securities and investment advisory services through MML Investors Services, Inc.

Guaranteed. Please note I did 2 sample letters for each daughter. One is if they
are going to keep the funds invested. The other is if they are going to liquidate
the TOO account.
. Kathy and Karen can get the "letter of instruction" signature guaranteed on
their own, or
. They can sign the cards, get them notarized, and return the letters and
cards to me and Mass Mutual will signature guarantee the letters for
American Funds.

I, JOHN B. MILLIKEN, of Mechanicsburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me.
FIRST: I devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate,
including any property over which I hold power of appointment and
together with any insurance policies thereon, in equal shares, to
my daughters, KATHY A. MILLIKEN and KAREN A. YOUNG.
SECOND: Should my daughter, KATHY A. MILLIKEN,
predecease me, I give and bequeath her share to my daughter,
KAREN A. YOUNG.
THIRD: Should my daughter, KAREN A. YOUNG, predecease
me, I give and bequeath her share to her husband, BARRY A. YOUNG.
FOURTH: In addition to all powers granted to them by
) law and by other provisions of this Will, I give the fiduciaries

to pay debts, taxes, or estate or trust administration expenses,
to protect or improve any property held under my will, and for
investment purposes.
(I) To select a mode of payment under any qualified
retirement plan (pension plan, profit sharing plan, employee
stock ownership plan, or any other type of qualified plan) to the
extent the plan or the law permits them to do so, and to exercise
any other rights which they may have under the plan, in whatever
manner they consider advisable.

FIFTH: I direct that all inheritance, estate, trans-
fer, succession and death taxes, of any kind whatsoever, which
may be payable by reason of my death, whether or not with respect
to property passing under this Will, shall be paid out of the
principal of my residuary estate.
SIXTH: All interests hereunder, whether principal or
income, which are undistributed and in the possession of the
fiduciaries acting hereunder, even though vested or distribut-
able, shall not be subject to attachment, execution or sequestra-
tion for any debt, contract, obligation or liability of any
beneficiary~ and furthermore, shall not be subject to pledge,
assignment, conveyance or anticipation.
SEVENTH: I nominate and appoint my daughters, KATHY A.
MILLIKEN and KAREN A. YOUNG, Co~Executrixes of this, my Last Will
and Testament. I direct that my Co-Executrixes, and their
successors, shall not be required to post security or a bond for
the performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.

Milliken and Mary Ellen Milliken, husband and wife, by Deed dated November
2, 1956 and recorded November 5, 1956 In the Cumberland County Recorder
of Deeds Office, a copy of said Deed being attached hereto and incorporated
herein. The said Mary Ellen Milliken died October 7, 2002, whereupon full and
complete title became vested solely In John B. Milliken, the Decedent herein.
The above-described real estate was sold pursuant to an Agreement for the
Sale of Real Estated dated September 13, 2006, a copy of which Is attached
hereto and Incorporated herein. Final settlement took place on September 29,
2006. A copy of the Deed conveying said real estate, along with a copy of the
Settlement Statement, are attached hereto and Incorporated herein. The sale
price of the real estate was $140,000.00.
