Appellants are the owners of a parcel of land located in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as Tax Parcel Number 38-04-0365-012B. 2. The assessed value of this parcel is $156,630.00. 3. In 2006, the Appellants appealed this assessment to the Cumberland County Board of Assessment Appeals. 4. On October 25, 2005, the Cumberland County Board of Assessment Appeals issued a Decision Order, after a hearing on the merits, denying the Appellants' tax assessment appeal and affirming the assessed value of $156,630.00. A copy of this Notice is attached hereto as Exhibit "A." 5. Appellants now appeal this adverse decision to this Court seeking de novo review of the assessment of the above parcel. 6.
