AND NOW, this 30th day of November, 2006, having received no response to the Notice offutent of
Open the Probate Record issued on November 13, 2006, IT IS DECREED that the probate record is opened
to admit the instrument dated March 10, 1994 as the Last Will and Testament of John N. Lineaweaver. IT IS
FURTHER DECREED that the Grant of Letters of Administration that were issued on October 25, 2006
shall be revoked and Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Ruby L. Lineaweaver upon proper filing of the
Oaths of Subscribing Witnesses.
