Contractor Whereas, the Owner is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with said contractor, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, for the General Construction work located within the lot of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. Being Lot No. 411 on the Final Subdivision Plan of the Highlands of Hampden Square Phase IV, as prepared by Act 1 Consultants dated December 8, 1992, last revised January 21, 1993 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 66, page 17. Also being the same premises which National Residential Nominee Services, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, by their dead dated January 21, 2005, and recorded on February 9, 2005 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office in Record Book 267, page 2393 granted and conveyed unto Gary L. Snyder and Helena G. Snyder, husband and wife. Said property is also known and addressed as 1012 Turnbridge Lane, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Now, Therefore, on November 28, 2006, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said owner to the said contractor to commence work on the said project, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with the said contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar paid to the said contractor by the said owner, it is agreed that no mechanic's claims or other liens shall be filed against the building and/or ground appurtenant thereto by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased or furnished in connection with the construction of the said project or any part thereof, the right to file such liens being expressly waived and relinquished herewith. edayandyearafOre~ /~L A';t...,~6 Witness Gary L.
