That your Petitioner is currently married, is twice divorced, and has one child. 5. That your Petitioner's first husband was one Jeffrey Lee Neel, who resides at 9505 Pamplona Drive, Columbia, Maryland. 6. That your Petitioner's second husband was one Neil Mitzman, who resides at 1418 Cambium Court, Hanover, Maryland. 7. That your Petitioner's child, Kelli Anne Fry, resides at 3732 Bel Pre Road, #4, Silver Spring, Maryland. 8. That your Petitioner desires to change her name in order to rectify the fact that she strongly feels that "Billy" is simply not feminine, and that "BiIIi" is indeed feminine, and is also the name that she has informally used for some time. 9. That your Petitioner has no fraudulent purpose in changing her first name, having no creditors (other than current credit cards, all outstanding balances on which he intends to honor) nor judgments, decrees or other process outstanding against her.
