thereof for audit and no objections having been filed, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED
that:
(1) the Account is hereby confirmed and distribution decreed in accordance with the
proposed Schedule of Distribution; and
(2) the real property situate at 305 E. Elmwood Avenue, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania, which is more fully described in Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Deed
Book R, Volume 31, Page 0789 and in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof, is hereby conveyed to Jennifer S. Gregory and John R. Gregory, the sole intestate heirs,
as equal tenants-in-common.
This is a nisi order which shall become absolute as of course unless written exceptions
are filed within ten (10) days after the date of the filing hereof.
