Patrick, whose address is 107 Timber View ~~ary ~ ")011 :x North Carolina, 27511-6674. '~J~ ~ ~ N " \.0 2. The Decedent is Eleanor M. Taylor, who died on February 8, 2006 in Harrisburg Hospital, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. At the time of her death, Decedent was a resident of Pinnacle Health Care in Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. Petitioner is the Decedent's niece. 4. Decedent died testate and without any heir, naming Petitioner as her Executrix. The Decedent's will has not been probated, and no letters of administration have been granted. The original of the Decedent's Last Will is attached to this Petition as Exhibit No. 1. 5. The specific bequest of the sewing machine to Ella Steward under Paragraph Second of Decedent's Last Will has been satisfied. The five beneficiaries of the specific monetary bequests of $1 ,000 each under Decedent's Last Will are Decedent's four grandnieces and grandnephews (the daughters and sons of the Petitioner) and Decedent's nephew. None of these five beneficiaries has received or retained any property of the Decedent, is a minor, or is incompetent. 7. Attached to this Petition as Exhibit No.3 are the Joinders of the five beneficiaries of the specific monetary bequests under Decedent's Last Will: Jaime Patrick Davenport, Jill Patrick Black, Sean Patrick, Kevin Patrick, and John E. Miller, Jr. 8. Petitioner is the only beneficiary entitled to any residue of the estate under the Decedent's Last Will. Petitioner has not, in her individual capacity, received or retained any property of the Decedent, is not a minor, and is not incompetent. 9. No person is entitled to the family exemption. 10. The Decedent's entire estate consists of a checking account in M&T Bank, Highland Park Branch, Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, containing $4,941.25. 11. There are no unpaid claims against the Decedent's estate. 12. Attached to this Petition as Exhibit 4 is an itemized list of disbursements made from the Decedent's estate prior to the filing of this Petition. 13. The Petitioner has paid all Pennsylvania Inheritance tax due on all property to be awarded under this Petition. Attached to this Petition as Exhibit No.5 is the certificate of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County showing the payment of $875.00 in inheritance tax on October 23, 2006. 2 R.
