PARCEL
STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made this 3o<::rtl day of fJ~~
and between
, 2006, by
WIRL BUILDERS, hereinafter referred to as Contractor,
AND
BRYAN S. WIRL, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the
contractor undertook and agreed to erected and construct a single
family dwelling situate in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania and more fully described in Exhibit "A" which
is attached hereto and made a part hereof known as Lot 3 Glenn
Ave. Boiling Springs, PA 17007.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said
Contractor, for an in consideration of the sum of ($1.00) Dollar
to Contractor in hand paid by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for itself, himself or themselves and its,
his or their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims
shall be filed or maintained by them or any of them against the
said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of
them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about
the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot
above described, and the said Contractor, for itself, himself or
themselves, its, his or their subcontractors and others under
them, hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have,
file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said
buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving
the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.

Exhibit A
ALL THAT CERTAIN land situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Northern dedicated right of way line of Glenn Avenue (50
foot wide), at the dividing line between Lot No.2 of Section 1 of Cumberland Hills
Subdivision, as recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 32, Page 91, and Lot No.3 on
the hereinafter mentioned Subdivision Plan; thence along said dividing line, North 28
degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds West, 171.55 feet to a point; thence along lands now or
formerly of Edward P. McCord, North 68 degrees 45 minutes 04 seconds East, 103.61 feet to
a point; thence along the dividing line between Lots Nos. 3 and 38 on the hereinafter
mentioned Subdivision Plan, South 27 degrees 03 minutes 04 seconds East, 159.52 feet to a
point on the northern. dedicated right of way line of said Glenn Avenue; thence along said
right of way line by a curve to the left with a radius of 1699.68 feet, a distance of 30.62 feet
to a point; thence continuing along same, South 61 degrees SS minutes 00 seconds West,
69.38 feet to a point, the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING further described as Lot No.3 on the Final Subdivision Plan for Cumberland Hills
Section Two, prepared for William H. Hooke, Jr. and Kurt E. Suter by Robert G. Hartman,
Jr., P.E. dated June S, 1979 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Plan Book 36, Page 100.
