Page Number Contractor Wbtrta~, Haubert Homes, Inc. ("Contractor") of 15 Central Boulevard, Camp hill, PA 17011 has entered into a contract with Eric J. Radnovich and Cynthia A. Bashore ("Owners") of 1746 Peyton Randolph Court, New Cumberland, PA 17070 for the erection or construction of a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as 1630 Lowell Lane, Lot 107, Beacon Hill Phase 2, New Cumberland, PA 17070, Township of Lower Allen, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania described in Exhibit "A" hereof; and Jlob:J, December 05, 2006, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the Owners to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, neither the undersigned Contractor, any Sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into between said parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof. t![;bi~ stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after date in accordance with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended, 3ln Witnt~~ Whereof, the said parties have hereunto set their hands and seal the day and year aforesaid. EXHIBIT A ALL THAT CERTAIN piece of land situated in Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point located on the northern right-of-way line of Lowell Lane, 25 feet from the centerline of the same and being the front property comer with Lot No. 108; thence along said right-of-way north 54 degrees 53 minutes 27 seconds west, a distance of 61.00 feet to a point on the same and the front property comer with Lot No.1 06; thence leaving said right-of-way and along the property line with said Lot north 35 degrees 06 minutes 33 seconds east, a distance of 138.69 feet to a point on the same, the rear property comer with said lot and along lands of Albert and Elizabeth Schafthauser; thence along said lands south 64 degrees 33 minutes 57 seconds east, a distance of61.88 feet to a point on the same and a rear property with Lot No. 108; thence leaving said lands and along the property line with said Lot, south 35 degrees 06 minutes 33 seconds west, a distance of 149.09 feet to a point on the same, on the northern right-of-way line of Lowell Lane, the front property comer with said lot and the point of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 8,777.39 square feet or 0,202 acres, more or less.
