Dear Register Strasbaugh:
Enclosed herewith you will find four copies of a "Status Report Under Rule 6.12" with regard to
the Estate of Ethel M. Kline. Attached to each of these reports are copies of the Receipt and
Release forms we have received from all of the beneficiaries of the Estate. Additionally, because
most of the beneficiaries are charities, the Estate was obliged to comply with Supreme Court
Orphan's Court Rule 5.5 and secure a non-objection letter from the office of the Attorney
General of Pennsylvania. Thus, a copy of that letter from the Office of the Attorney General is
also attached to the Status Report forms.
We respectfully request that you accept and retain one of these copies for the permanent records
of the Estate of Ethel M. Kline. We then request that you time-stamp the three additional copies
and return all three to the undersigned by use of the enclosed, self-addressed, stamped mailing
envelope.
