as follows:
1. Your Petitioner is a beneficiary in the said
Estate, residing at 4908 Virginia Avenue, Harrisburg, Dauphin
County, Pennsylvania 17109; who is not related to the decedent,
but was a personal friend and who is also the designated person
to proceed pursuant to the Renunciation executed by the
Executor of her Will, Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company,
Successor to Dauphin Deposit Trust Co., also known as Dauphin
Deposit Bank, attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "A."

2. The decedent, Sarah E. Sandy, died testate
on October 17, 2005 and was domiciled on the
date of death,
at Bethany Village, Lower Allen Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
3. The decedent died testate and there was no
probate of the will or grant of Letters~ however the original
of her will and Codicil are attached hereto and marked as Exhibit
"B", and there has been no requirement of the personal repre-
sentative to give bond.
4. The name and relationship of all bene-
ficiaries entitled to any part of this Estate under the decedent's
will and Codicil, with a brief description of their respective
interests are:
(a) Betty S. Caldwell - Friend: 1/2 of residuary
(b) Mrs. Grace B. Zellers - Friend: 1/4 of residuary
(c) From the remaining 1/4 residuary:
*$1,000.00 to Richard P. Caldwell - Friend
*$1,000.00 to Rev. Dann S. Caldwell - Friend
*$1,000.00 to Daniel Sandy - Relative
*$1,000.00 to Jean Sandy - Relative (who is
deceased - 1/12/01)
*Remainder of the 1/4 share to Care Assurance
Fund of Bethany Village
*NOTE: All said specific bequests must be prorated
due to the minimal asset of the Estate~ and there will
not be sufficient assets for the Care Assurance Fund.
5. None of the parties are reasonably believed

to have received or retained any property of the decedent by pay-
ment of wages under Section 3101 of P.E.F. Code or otherwise;
none of the parties are minors, incompetent or a deceased with
a fiduciary.
6. There are no person or persons entitled to
a family exception.
7. An Inventory of the Assets of the decedent
and the value ascribed, is as follows:
Refund from Bethany Village Resident Funds
to decedent - $2,643.36, which is the sole asset of the
Estate.
8. To the best of the knowledge and information
of your Petitioner, there are no unpaid claimants against the
Estate.
9. As to the unpaid beneficiaries previously
mentioned in this Petition, a statement that Notice of Intention
to present this Petition has been given, see Exhibit "C" attached
hereto, with their respective acknowledgment of the same.
10. That the petitioner be authorized to execute
all necessary instruments relating to the said Estate, including
any Income Tax Returns.
11. A prayer for proposed distribution of the
personal property to those entitled and for the discharge of the
personal representative is as follows:

12. That the original of the decedent's will and
Codicil, which has not been probated is attached hereto, Exhibit
"B" and the joinder and consents of this Petition of unpaid bene-
ficiaries in so far as they are obtainable, is not applicable.
13. There was no disbursements made prior to the
filing of this Petition, except:
(a) Register of wills - Filing Small Estate
petition - $30.00
(b) Register of wills - Filing Inheritance Tax
Return - $15.00
(c) Bruce Ely Bayuk, CPA - Preparation of Income
Tax Returns for the decedent - $100.00
(d) Register of Will - Inheritance Tax Due -
$ 255.16
14. A Certificate of the Register of Wills of the
status of the payment of the Inheritance Tax with the Inheritance
Tax Return are attached hereto and marked as Exhibit "D."
15. That no appraisement is requested and that
no appraisement shall be required under these circumstances by
the Court.
WHEREFORE, your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court

out the need or requirement of administration or advertisement,
pursuant to 20 Pa. C.S.A. S3102 of the provisions of the Small

WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, SARAH E. SANDY, of Penbrook, in the County of Dauphin and
State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding,

do make and publish this my last will and testament, hereby revoking
and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And first, I direct that my funeral be conducted in manner
corresponding with my estate and situation in life and that all my
just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon
as conveniently may be after my decease.
As to such estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with,
I dispose of the same as follows, viz:
I. I expressly authorize and empower Mrs. Betty S. Caldwell to
make all arrangements and details of my funeral and burial.
Her choice of a Funeral Director and burial arrangements shall
be deemed to be a binding expense and obligation of my estate.
In consideration of said services, I expressly authorize and
empower the said Betty S. Caldwell to have the option to
select and receive any of my personal effects that she may
desire and to receive the same in kind; and to select, divide
and depose of my jewelry, picture and other personal effects.
II. I hereby empower and authorize my Executor to convert all of

my remaining assets, both real and personal, tangible and
intangible, wheresoever situate, into cash, at either public
or private sale, without the necessity of posting bond and
without the necessity of prior court approval; and after pay-
ing all necessary debts and obligations owing by me and my
estate, including all taxes and funeral expenses from the
cash proceeds remaining, I hereby make the following bequests:
A. I bequeath one-half (1/2) of the proceeds remain-
ing, to Mrs. Betty S. Caldwell;
B. I bequeath one-fourth (1/4) of the proceeds remain-
ing, to Mrs. Grace V. Zellers; and
C. From the remaining one-fourth (1/4) balance, I
specifically bequeath:
(1) The sum of $1,000.00 to Richard P. Caldwell;
(2) The sum of $1,000.00 to Rev. Dann S. Caldwell;
(3) The sum of $1,000.00 to Daniel Sandy;
(4) The sum of $1,000.00 to Jean Sandy; and
(5) The remainder of said moneys is bequeathed
to the Derry Street United Methodist Church.
III. I hereby direct that I shall be buried in the East Harrisburg
Cemetery.
IV. I hereby nominate and appoint John J. Krafsig, Jr., Esquire,
to serve as the attorney for my estate; and I hereby expressly
direct my Executor to use his services in the administration
of my estate.
