2. Petitioners are hereby directed to give advertisement of the issuance of thisCourt
Order by posting in Carlisle's Sentinel legal section one time per week for three
successive weeks. Said notice shall specify that any creditor or party of interest who
desires to file exceptions to this Decree Nisi must do so within three months of the date
of this Order. The advertisement posted in the newspaper shall be in accordance with
Exhibit B of the attached Petition.
3. Upon expiration of the three month time frame for creditors or interested parties to
file exceptions to the Decree Nisi and in the event no such exceptions are filed, this
Court will entertain an additional petition to confirm this Decree Nisi absolutely in
accordance with 20 Pa.C.S.A. ~3546.
