Cumberland County Courthouse, One Courthouse Square, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and that a Citation be
issued to Anthony Klienstuber commanding him to show cause why he cannot appear at the aforementioned
hearing pursuant to the Petition of Golden Living Center of the West Shore to have Anthony Klienstuber
adjudicated an incapacitated person and to have The Pennsylvania Guardianship Association, Inc.
appointed as plenary guardian for his person and his estate. Notice of the hearing shall be given to Anthony
Klienstuber in accordance with 20 P.S. S 5511 (a) not less than twenty (20) days prior to the hearing.
