NATIONAL SENIOR CARE, LLC d/b/a GOLDEN LIVINGCENTER-BLUE RIDGE
MOUNTAIN (formerly BEVERLY HEALTHCARE - BLUE RIDGE MOUTAIN),
CLAIMANT in the amount of $1,973.38 against the estate of the above-named decedent
This claim is filed under Section 3532(b )(2) ofthe Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code.
