Defendant's application was approved and a Visa Loan and a Personal Service Loan with Plaintiff was established. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the loan, Defendant agreed to make monthly payments as repayment for the monies owed on the loan to Plaintiff. Defendant has breached the contract with Plaintiff by failing to provide timely monthly payments pursuant to the terms, and condition of the contract. In addition, Defendant agreed to pay reasonable attorney's fees and all court and collection costs pursuant to the terms and conditions of the loan. Despite Plaintiffs reasonable demands for payment, Defendant has failed, refused and continue to refuse to pay all sums due and owing on Defendant's account balance, all to the damage of Plaintiff. To date, the balance due, owing and unpaid on Defendant account with Plaintiff is $5,387.61. Wherefore, Plaintiff, Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union, respectfully requests this Honorable Court enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff and against Defendant in the amount of $5,387.61 which includes reasonable attorney's fees (20% of the principal amount turned over for collection), the costs of this action, and such other relief as the Court deems just and proper.
