IRREVOCABLE DISCLAIMER AND RENUNCIATION
I, CAROLYN L. KUNKEL, an adult individual residing at 537 Bridgeview Drive,
Lemoyne, Pennsylvania, given the death of my spouse, W. Minster Kunkel (hereinafter "My
Spouse") on July 21, 2006, do hereby exercise the right granted to me under Chapter 62 of the
Pennsylvania Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, 20 Pa. C.S.A. Section 6201 et seq., and
Sections 2046 and 2518 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), and
hereby irrevocably, absolutely and without qualification, forever disclaim, renounce, release and
refuse all of my right, title, claim or interest in the following assets passing to me under ITEM 3( a)
of My Spouse's Last Will and Testament dated December 20,2001:
(i) Real property referred to as the "Lake Meade
property", which property is more particularly described
on Exhibit "A," which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof.

(b) All income, interest and dividends received, accrued or payable on the Disclaimed
Assets described in paragraph (a) and all redemption or sales proceeds from such Disclaimed
Assets.
And, this disclaimer shall not disclaim any other assets to which I may be entitled under
ITEM 3(a) of My Spouse's Last Will and Testament.

"Lake Meade Property"
TRACT 1:
ALL that tract of land situated, lying and being in Latimore Township,
Adams County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly described as Lot No. 1382,
on a plan of lots labeled Lake Meade Subdivision, duly entered appearing of record
in the Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds of Adams County, Pennsylvania in Plat Book
1 at Page 7, and subject to all the legal highways, easements, rights-of-way and
restrictions of record.
TRACT 2:
ALL that tract of land situated, lying and being in Latimore Township,
Adams County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly described as Lot No. 1383,
on a plan of lots labeled Lake Meade Subdivision, duly entered appearing of record
in the Office ofthe Recorder of Deeds of Adams County, Pennsylvania in Plat Book
1 at Page 7, and subject to all the legal highways, easements, rights-of-way and
restrictions of record.
BEING the same premises which Carolyn L. Kunkel, married woman, by her
deed dated July 18, 2006 and recorded July 19, 2006 in the Adams County Office of the
Recorder of Deeds in Record Book 4499, Page 40, granted and conveyed unto W. Minster
Kunkel.

THE ESTATE OF W. MINSTER KUNKEL
SITE DATA
Location: The subject property is located at the northeast corner of Fishing Creek and Locust
Road and along Old York Road, in Fairview Township, Lewisberry, York County, PA. The
subject property is further identified according to York County Tax Mapping as Tax Map Parcel
27-000-22-0001 D.
Total Area: The York County Tax Assessment Office Records and property deed both indicate
a combined total land area of 8.14 Acres. However, the subject property is divided by another
property and consists of two separate lots containing approximately 4.376 acres and
approximately 3.764 acres. The 4.376 acre tract is located at the northeast corner of Fishing
Creek Road and Locust Road located just off Interstate Route 83, at Exit 36. The 3.764 acre is
located fronting the west side of Old York Road just north of the Fishing Creek Road
intersection.
Current Land Use: The 4.376 acre tract is rawland containing volunteer growth. The 3.764
acre tract is currently 100% mature woodland.
Lot Position: The 4.376 acre tract supports a corner lot position (no signal) located at the
northeast corner of Fishing Creek Road and Locust Road just west of Old York Road.
