I, James Zinn, domiciled and residing in Colonial Pines, Harrisburg, Dauphin CQW1ty,
Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, do make, publish and declare this to be my last Will and
Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all former Wills made by me at any time
heretofore.
1. I direct that the expenses of my burial and all my just debts be paid as soon after my
death as may be convenient to my Executor hereinafter named.
2. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint as Executor of this, my Last Will and
Testament L. Rex Bickley, Esquire, with all powers under law and as further given below.
3. I give all of my property, real, personal and mixed to my sister, Sandra Zinno
4. To the extent that such requirements can be legally waived, I direct that no Guardian,
Executor, or other fiduciary hereunder shall ever be required to post any bond or give any security
in connection with his or her duties, whether in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or elsewhere.
