Jeffrey R. Boswell, Esquire, being first duly sworn, deposes and says, as follows:
1. Jeffrey R. Boswell, Esquire, is counsel to the Estate of Fred L. VanVoorhees
and its Executor, Robert Frederick VanVoorhees.
2. He reviewed Fred L. VanVoorhees' most recent account statements to
determine the gross value of the decedent's intangible assets.
3. He determined, according to those statements, that the decedent's bank
accounts total $8,802.11, and his investment accounts total $267,865.79, for a sum total
of $276,667.90.

Dear Register Strasbaugh:
I respectfully request that you reduce the amount of the surety bond that must be posted
by the Executor, Robert Frederick Van Voorhees, who resides in Bethesda, Maryland. In support
of my request, I have enclosed an Affidavit which notes that the gross value of intangible assets
taxable for Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax purposes is $276,667.90. We thank you for your
consideration of a reduction, so some expense can be saved.
