DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 15th day of December, 2006, upon consideration of the Supplemental Petition for
Grant of Letters filed by Frank Stephen Van Voorhees on December 6, 2006 and the Affidavit of Robert
Frederick VanVoorhees, filed on December 12,2006, for the estate of the above named decedent, and
containing averments from both petitioners stating that assets of the decedent will remain in the custody
and control of the Frank Stephen Van Voorhees, the resident co-personal representative, IT IS HEREBY
DECREED that surety bond is waived and the administrator has agreed to indemnify the Register of
Wills with regard to annuities that will be paid directly to named beneficiaries.
IT IS ALSO DECREED that Letters of Administration c.t.a. shall be granted to Robert
Frederick Van Voorhees and Frank Stephen Van Voorhees as co-administrators. Robert Frederick
Van Voorhees and Frank Stephen Van Voorhees shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary
under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
