WEIR,
a resident of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do make, publish and declare this to be my LAST
WILL and TESTAMENT, hereby revoking any and all Wills and
Codicils previously made by me.
I
I declare that I am not married, my beloved husband, CLYDE
WEIR, having predeceased me.
II
I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be
paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my
decease.
III
I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in consequence
of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction
imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the

I give and bequeath all of my remaining household goods and
personal items to GOODWILL INDUSTRIES OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA.
VI
All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, whether
real or personal, wherever situate, including any property over
which I may have a power of appointment, I give, devise, and
bequeath to the UNITED METHODIST STEWARDSHIP FOUNDATION OF CENTRAL
PENNSYLVANIA for the purpose of establishing the Clyde Weir and
Alma H. Weir Endowment Fund.
Fifty percent (SO%) of the income
derived shall be utilized for the Children and Youth Ministries in
Central Pennsylvania.
Fifty percent (50%) of the income derived
from the fund shall be utilized to assist residents in need at
Bethany Village in the personal care or Care Assurance. The
Stewardship Foundation shall make the determination as to specific
distribution of all funds.
VII
I nominate, constitute and appoint ARTHUR E. DAVIS as
Executor of this LAST WILL, to serve without bond.
My Executor
shall be entitled to receive a commission in the amount of five
percent (S%) of the gross value of my estate.
