We will provide you with certified records establishing the relationships of the named
claimants that we represent. However, my experience in this type of situation would indicate a
number of months before we are able to obtain all of those necessary records. In addition, as you
can see, some of the individuals involved in the moiety were born overseas and it may take some
time to obtain some of the key records.
In any event, we are submitting a copy of this letter to the Register of Wills of Cumberland
County evidencing our claim in this Estate. In the meantime, I would appreciate any and all
information that you might have relative to the administration of this Estate. Please feel free to call
me or to correspond with me at your convenience.
