SNYDER, a resident of North Dickinson Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, declare the following to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore made by me. 1. I direct my executor hereinafter named to pay all of my legal debts and expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon after my death as convenient. 2. I am an unmarried man. I have four children born of a first marriage who are now living: PAUL L. SNYDER, DONALD B. SNYDER, PEGGY SOLLENBURGER and BETTY ROTZ. I have two children of my second marriage who are now living: CHARLES NATHAN SNYDER and VIRGINIA MASSEY. Both of my former spouses have predeceased me. I have-no deceased children. 3. I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Charles Nathan Snyder, my cabin and real estate, with the improvements thereon, including all personal property therein, located at Cactus Hill, North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, if he '....:> survi ves me. If, however, he does not survive me, then my daughter, Virginia Massey, shall receive this property. 5. I give and devise the real estate located at 633 West Old York Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, together with all improvements thereon and all rights and easements appurtenant thereto and all insurance thereon, to my son Charles Nathan Snyder and my daughter, Virginia Massey if they survive me, to be divided between them as follows: Seventy-five percent (75%) to my son, Charles Nathan Snyder Twenty-five percent (25%) to my daughter, Virginia Massey. If, however, either Charles or Virginia should predecease me then the survivor shall receive all of the real estate located at 633 West Old Road, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. 6. I give all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal, to be sold at private or public sale and the proceeds divided between my son, Charles Nathan Snyder and my daughter, Virginia Massey in the following shares: Seventy-five (75%) to my son, Charles Nathan Snyder Twenty-five (25%) to my daughter, Virginia Massey. If, however, either Charles or Virginia should predecease me then the survivor shall receive all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate. 7. I have intentionally failed to provide for Paul L. Snyder, Donald B. Snyder, Peggy Sollenburger and Betty Rotz, my four children born of my first marriage. I also have intentionally omitted to provide herein for any other of my heirs living at the time of my death except as otherwise provided in this Will. If any of these four children or any person, or any of my heirs, shall either directly or indirectly, singly or in conjunction with others, seek to set aside this will or to attack, Oppose, or seek to set aside the probate thereof, or to impair, invalidate, or set aside its provisions, and such person shall establish a right to any part of my estate, then, in any and all mentioned cases or events I hereby give and bequeath to such person or persons the sum of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) only and no further interest whatsoever in my estate. 8. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, Charles Nathan Snyder as my executor and I direct that no bond shall be required.
