LENHART, ("Owner"), the owners of the real estate described below, and acting as General ConUact0r, has or is about to execute a Contra~t with Hanover Foundation Coatlmz Co.. Inc.. whose pl~,,e of business is located at 935 Oakwood Avenue, Sming Grove, PA 17362 fo.r new hom~ .~... ,n~, ,tt,a,~_?n on .Unit No. 15, River Bend, and more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit A , attaclaea hereto and made a part hereof; and NOW, THEREFORE, this 2nd day of April, 2002, before any autl~ority had been given by Owner to Subcontractor to commg~lc, g work on said facilities or purchase materials for same, in consideration of making of the above-described Contract with Owner, and in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to SubconUactor by Owner, the i~ipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is agr-~,~l that no liens or claims shall be filed or!maintained agaln~ the Owner's facilities and the land above- described by the Subcontractors, o~ by any of the materialmen or worione~ or any other person acting through or under th~n, for or on account of any labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for, towards, in or about the erection, construction, design and improvement of said facilities, under said contract or otherwise, the fight to have, file and maintain such liens or claims against the facilities and the land above-described, being hereby expressly waived by the SubcontractOr for itself, all mat~almen, or workmen and others acting through or under them.
