LENHART, III AND DONNA L. LENHART, ("Owner"), the owners of the real estate described below, and acting as General Contractor, has or is about to execute a Cunlract with A to Z Concrete Speeiali~.~ whose place of business is located at 1306 Chatham RooxL Caren Hill. PA 1701 ! for new home construction on Unit No. 15, River Bend, and more particularly bounded and described on Exhibit "A", attached ha~to and made a part hereof; and NOW, THEREFORE, this !5th day of April, 2002, before any authority had been given by Owner to Subcontractor to commence work on said facilities or purchase materials for same, in consideration of making of the above-described Contract with Owner, and in further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar paid to Subcontractor by Owner, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, it is agreed that no liens or clalm.~ shall be filed or maintained against the Owner's facilities and the land above- described by thc Subcontractors, or by any of the materialmen or workmen, or any other person acting through or under them, for or on account of any labor or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purehs,~:d for, towards, in or about the erection, construction, design and improvement of said facilities, under said contract or otherwise, the right to have, file and maintain such liens or claims against the facilities and the land above-de-~zribed' being hereby expressly waived by the Subcontractor for itself, all mm__,vri~en, or workmen and others acting through or under them.
