WHEREAS, the lien of the United States, listed above, for said tax has attached to certain property described as: ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; being more particularly described in accordance with a survey of Michael C. D'Angelo, Registered Surveyor, dated June 17, 1977, as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Green Street, said point being by same measured in a southwesterly direction a distance of 62.51 feet from 35th Street; thence South 70 degrees 05 minutes West along said northern line of Green Street a distance of 60.00 feet to a pin; thence North 19 degrees 55 minutes West along the line of adjoiner between Lots No. 11 and 12 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots a distance of 109.84 feet to a point; thence North 78 degrees 48 minutes East along the southern line of Lot No. 9 on said plan a distance of 60.71 feet to a point; thence South 19 degrees 55 minutes East along the line of adjoiner between Lots No. 10 and 11 on said Plan a distance of 100.64 feet to a point on the northern line of Green Street, the point and place of BEGINNING.
