COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff Airport Limousine d/b/a Ohio Valley Rental is an insurance
carrier licensed and authorized to conduct business in the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania and having as one of its principal places of business the above
captioned address.
2. Defendant Melissa Terrill, a/k/a Melissa Terrill Miscovich is an adult
individual residing at the above captioned address.
3. On or about 04/12/2000, the Defendant while residing at 987 National
Road, Apartment # 2 in Wheeling, WV entered into a contractual
agreement with the defendant entity located in Wheeling, West Virginia
see attached exhibit marked "A").
4. Pursuant to the contractual agreement the Defendant would rent from the
Plaintiff a 1990 Chevrolet Lumina.
5. Pursuant to the agreement the Defendant agreed not to permit the
operation of the vehicle by an unauthorized driver and the defendant agreed to be
responsible for any damage to the vehicle if the vehicle was operated by an
unauthorized driver.
6. The Defendant breached the contract and despite repeated requests has
failed to reimburse the Plaintiff, the $6,500.00 remaining due.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs demand judgment against the Defendant in the
amount of $6,500.00 together plus costs, interest and such other relief this Court finds
equitable and just.
