To Whom It May Concern:
The above estate was opened for the purposes of investigating whether there was
a medical malpractice case. After investigation of the facts, review of the decedent's
medical records and legal research, our office felt that there was insufficient evidence to
warrant a medical malpractice claim. Therefore, we so informed the administratrix, and
are no longer involved in any matter concerning the above decedent.
