William A. Duncan, Esquire, was appointed as Auditor by an Order of Court di!e(f

follows:
1.
October 10, 2006.
2.
William A. Duncan, Esquire, accepted the appointment and executed the commission on
October 23,2006.
3.
No compensation schedule was included in the Appointment. The Auditor proposes the
rate of$175.00 per hour to be paid by the Estate of Ethel M. Baird.
4.
Upon his appointment the Auditor sought to schedule proceedings necessary to complete
his duties.

After some time had elapsed the Auditor was notified by the Office of the Attorney
General that new Counsel was involved. Said Notice arrived in late December 2006.

The Auditor is scheduled with current Counsel the proceedings necessary to complete his
duties.
7.
An enlargement of the time period for filing the Auditor's Report is necessary due to the
circumstances described here and above.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner, William A. Duncan, Esquire, respectfully requests that the
time for filing a report in this matter be extended until May 23,2007.
