1. The above-captioned case is currently listed for a hearing on January 12,2007.
2. Nathan Wolf, Esquire and the undersigned counsel have agreed that an additional 30
days is needed to further review this matter.
3. This case has not been previously continued.
Wherefore, Candi Yinger, plenary guardian of Benjamin Ritter, respectfully requests that
the above-captioned case be continued for an additional 30 days
