I" .oj' n\ \.,.1 ~~ I . i ' County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills or Codicils by me made. 1. I direct that all my just debts, funeral expenses, testamentary expenses and all inheritance taxes (whether such taxes may be payable by my estate or by any recipient of any property) shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease and as part of the administration of my estate. My Executor shall have no duty or obligation to obtain reimbursement for any such tax so paid, even though on proceeds of insurance or other property not passing under this Will. 2. If my husband shall survive me by thirty (30) days, I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate, both real and personal property, unto my husband, HAROLD C. STATLER, absolutely, and I hereby appoint the said HAROLD C. STATLER as Executor of my estate. 3. In the event my said husband shall predecease or fail to survive me by more than thirty (30) days, then I give, devise and m.~ri M.L.S. Page 1 of 4 Pages ,.. bequeath all of my estate, both real and personal property, in the following manner: (a) I direct that my Executors hereinafter named shall sell and convert all of my estate into cash for the purpose of distribution, and I direct that, after the paYment of all my just debts, funeral and testamentary expenses, the same shall be divided as follows: Thirty-three and one-third percent (33-1/3%) thereof unto RONALD E. STATLER; Thirty-three and one-third percent (33-1/3%) thereof unto TERRY L. STATLER; and Thirty-three and one-third percent (33-1/3%) thereof unto HAROLD C. STATLER, JR. (b) I hereby appoint RONALD E. STATLER and TERRY L. STATLER as Executors of my estate. 4 . I direct that my Executor(s) shall not be required to file a bond to secure the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction. 5. I authorize and empower my personal representative (s), in their sole and absolute discretion, to purchase or otherwise acquire and retain any investments of which I die seized or any 7?J.f~ M.L.S.
