PETITION FOR ISSUANCE OF SUBPOENA
The Petitioner, Plaintiff MARY M. CARVER, by her attorneys, SEEGER
WEISS LLP and ASHCRAFT AND GEREL, LLP, Attorneys David Buchanan, Jennifer
Orendi and Christopher Tisi hereby petitions the Court of Common Pleas for Cumberland
County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for an Order for the issuance of a Subpoena to

compel Mr. Michael Conte, 900 Lambs Gap Road, Mechanicsburg, P A 17050 (Conte
Photography) to appear for a deposition on (time and date to be determined).
This Petition is made pursuant to R. 4: 11-5 for entry of an Order in a civil case
pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey Atlantic County, and said court has issued
an Order Of Commission requesting and authorizing the Cumberland County Court of
Common Pleas to issue an Order for issuance of Subpoena consistent with a deposition
date. A copy of the original Superior Court of New Jersey's Order of Commission along
with a Subpoena to Attend and Testify is attached hereto and incorporated herein by
reference.
Based on the foregoing, the petitioner respectfuIIy requests that the Court of
Common Pleas for Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania authorize the
issuance of an out-of-state subpoena. Please find enclosed a return envelope for the time
stamped copy of the petition and for the subpoena.

with the matter herein and requiring a subpoena from the Courts of the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania for this reason, the Superior Court of New Jersey, through the undersigned
