AUDITOR'S REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF APPOINTMENT
To the Honorable Judges of the said Court:
1. The term of the undersigned auditor's appointment commenced pursuant to Order
ofthis Court dated October 10, 2006.
2. The Accountant's attorney has informed the auditor that the parties have reached
a settlement, which they were unable to execute prior to the expiration ofthe term of the
auditor's appointment.
WHEREFORE the undersigned auditor respectfully requests that the term of his
appointment be extended for an additional sixty (60) days.
