Vs.
Gerald Gilbert (Defendant)
To Whom It May Concern:
I Lynnea Hall, (plaintiff in this matter) wish to cancel out of the Abandoned
Vehicle Petition that I previously filed on June 21'st 2002 against the Defendant
Mr. Gerald Gilbert. Unfortunately, we haven't received the court documents
showing what the docket number is so that I may reference it. If you have any
questions, please call me at (717) 541-6200. (w) My home telephone number is
728-1105.
I would like it made known that he reimbursed me for the filing fee plus he signed
off on the title of the 1995 Honda Odyssey. I was able to finalize my deal
through the dealership on Saturday, June 22'nd, 2002. I'm sorry for any
inconvenience this has caused you.
Respectfully yours,
Lynnea Hall
