FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the underlli<Jned (" MAKER") promllle (s)
to pay to the order of. SIUPPENSBURG DEWELOPERS BUILDE:RS, INe,
the principal sum of EI,E:VEN 'l'HOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SEVE:NTY TWO
($11,272) DOLLARS, with interest on the unpaid principal balance
from the date of this NOTE, until paid, at the rate of nine
(9'1s) percent per annum. Principal and inlet'ost shall be payable
at 146 Gutshali Road Shippensburq, POI, 17257, or such other
place as the No'rE holder may designate in consecutive monthly
installments of THREE HUNDRED E'IFTY EIGHT AND 45/100 DOLLARS
($356.45) beginning December 1, 1993. Such monthly installments
shall continue until the entire indebtedness evidenced by this
NOTE is paid in full, except that. any remaining indebtedness
if not sooner paid, shall be due and payable on DECEMBER 1,
1994.
If the MAKER shall fail to pay any sum required to be paid
under the terms of t.his NOTE within five (5) days after t.he
same becomes due or payable, or if the MAKER shall fail to
perform any other provision hereof, t.hen the balance of the
debt evidenced by t.his NOTE, with all arrearages of interest
t.hereon and all Bums due shall, at the option of the holder,
become due and payable immediat.ely without not.ice to the MAKER,
and eKecution of suit may commence immediately for collection
together with the cost of suit and an attorney's commission
of (15%) percent,
AND FURTHER, MAKER hereby authorizes and empowers any

to appear for and to enter judIJment ilqalnst It for the sum,
with 01" without declaration, with costs of Buit, releasll of
errors, without st.ay of execution, and with fifteen (15\) percent
added for collection feesl and also Maker waives the right of
inquisition on any real estate that may be lovied upon t.o collect
this NOTE IInd does hereby voluntar il y condemn the same, and
authorize the Prothonotary to enter upon the Writ of Execution
said voluntarily condemnation, and further agrees t.hat said
real ostate may be sold on a Writ of Execution, and hereby waives
and releases all relief from any and all appraisement, stay
or exemption laws of any state, now in force or hereinafter
to be passed. The authority herein granted to confess judgment
ahall not be exhausted by any exercise thereof but shall continue
from time to time and at all times until full payment. of all
said amounts.
Presentment, notice of dishonor, and protest are hereby
waived by all makers, sureties, guarantors and endorsers hereof,
This NOTE shall be the joint and several obligations of the
makers, sureties, grantors and endorsers and shall be binding
upon t.hem and their successors and assigns,
