the provisions of the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law,
14. Damages, including but not limited to medical expenses
and income 10RS, are not recoverable in this action to the extent
that they are paid or payable by insurance or benefit plane,
pursuant to the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law.
15. The Plaintiff sustained no "serious injury" as that term
is defined in the Motor Vehicle Financial Responsibility Law.
