COMPLAINT IN EJECTMENT
1. Plaintiffis COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS INC., 7105 Corporate Drive, PTX B-35,
Plano, TX 75024-3632.
2. Defendants are TIMOTHY K. TRAVITZ, ANITA M. TRAVITZ, and OCCUPANT(S).
3. Plaintiff is the owner of premises 18 S. 2nd Street, Wormelysburg, PA 17043 a legal
description of which is attached hereto.
4. Plaintiffbecame owner of said property by a Deed from the Sheriff of Cumberland,
which deed was lodged and settlement made with the Sheriff on Abstract of Title) September
18, 2001.
5. Plaintiff, by virtue of the above, is the owner of said premises, and is entitled to
possession thereof. The Defendants, TIMOTHY K. TRAVITZ, ANITA M. TRAVITZ and
OCCUPANT(S), are occupying the same premises without right, and so far as the Plaintiff is
informed, without claim of title.
6. . Plaintiffhas repeatedly demanded possession of the said premises from the said
premises from the said Defendants, who have refused to deliver up possession of the same.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests judgment for possession of the premises.

CONSENT JUDGMENT
AND NOW, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the Plaintiff and the Defendant as
follows:
WHEREAS, the Defendant acknowledges that an Ejectment action has been instituted on behalf of
the Plaintiff;
THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits to be derived thereby, the parties agree as
follows:

Judgment for Possession is granted in favor of Plaintiff, Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.
Defendant Timothy E. Travitz no longer resides in the subject premises.
Defendant Anita M. Travitz shall vacate the Property on or before November 30, 2001.
Property must be left in broom swept condition with no personal property remaining. Plalntiffmay cause to
be issued a writ of possession and may pursue any other appropriate possessory action prior to November
30, 2001. Defendant acknowledges that a lockout may be scheduled for December 1, 2001 or thereafter.
4. Occupant further acknowledges that he/she has no claim against and will not commence,
maintain or become a party to any action against Plaintiff nor any of its representatives.
5. Any personal property remaining in the Property after November 30, 2001 shall be
considered abandoned by Defendant and may be disposed of by Plaintiff in its sole discretion.
6. This Consent Judgment represents the whole agreement of the patties who, intending to be
legally bound, have executed it by and though the undersigned duly authorized counsel.
