Zinunel'man, .lr., and the Mother, Tommi L. Lynch, w,ith her counsel, William C. Vohs. 3. This is the third time tho case is before the Conciliator this year. This is also the third lawyer that the Mother hAS retained in this matter. Father complains through his counsel that Mother has willfully disobeyed the Court Order and refussd to give i'ather custody of the child when he would appear for weekend custody. Father complains that his hAS occurred on at least thz'aB occasions since the parties were previously before Judge Hess on Ma,Y 27, 1994. 4. The Moth~r does not deny that she refused to give the Father custody of the child in accordanoe with the Order. However, Mother suggests that her refusal is based upon the fact that the Father would not conununicate with her relative to Activities of the child while the ohild was in the FAther's custody and also her inability to be able to contact the Father by telephone during the time the Ilather would have custody of the child.
