1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the

entitled to support, the maintenance of the Petitioner and the

16, 1990, in covington, Kenton county, Kentuoky.

living child.

6. The Respondent is not pregnant.
7. That the Respondent, without cause or provocation by the
Petitioner, has been guilty of willful desertion from the Peti-
tioner in excess of one ysar, an oontemplated by the Marriage and
Diasolution of Marriage Aot of the state of Illinois.
8. The petitioner owns as non-marital property oertain real
eatate commonly known as 729 Golfview Drive, Round Lake Beach,
Lake county, Illinoia.
9. The petitioner and Respondent owned oertain personal
property and household items which they have divided between
them_elvea.
IT ts THEREFORE ORDERED AND ADJUDGED I
A. That the bonds of matrimony now existing between the
Petitioner, LESTER I. LENTZ, SR., and the Rospondent, STELLA C.
LENTZ, be and are hereby dissolved pursuant to Statute.
B. The Petitioner'a right to receive maintenance is barred.
