4. Thereafter, on or a~out Novem~er 6/ 1991, Plaintiff and
Defendant./ Terri L. Ilauqhman and Matthew Bauqhman, enterl\ld into an
.xte.nllion aqreement. refleotinq the unpaid ~alanoe of four thousollnd
forty-two dollars and seventeen oents ($4,042.17). The Defendants
aqreed to repay the same in aooordanoe with the Extension
^qreement. ^ true and oorreot oopy 01' whioh is attached hereto as
Exhi~it B.
~. On the aforementioned date, the plaintiff lent the aqreed
upon sum to the Defendants.
6. The Defendants failed to make several payments on time
and, despite repeated demands therefor ~y the Manager, the
Defendants have failed to make up the payment deficienoies.
7. The Plaintiff / ~y its Manager, has denlanded that the
Defendants make immediate payment of the entire unpaid balanoe of
the loan, whioh Defendants have failed and refused to do.
8. The aforementioned loan has been referred by Plaintiff to
the law firm of strokoff & cowden, P.c., for collection.
9. The amount due and owing by the Defendants to the
Plaintiff on account of the aforementioned loan in default is as
follows:
