COMPLAINT
1. The Plaintiff h a Plmnlylvania banking corporation with
it. principal office at 35 North Sixth Street, P.O. Box 1102,
Reading, Berk. County, Penn.ylvania 19603.
2. William H. Evan., Sr. and Mindie S. Bvan. are adult
individual. re.iding at 518 Saw Mill Road, Mechaniceburg,
penn.ylvania 17055 (the "Defendante").
3. The Defendants exscuted a Note and Security Agreement
(the "Note") on March 20, 1991 in the principal amount of
$3,903.47 payable to Meridian Bank. A true and correct copy Qf
the Note i. attached as Exhibit A and inoorporated ~y referenoe
in thi. complaint.
4. The plaintiff has not .lligned the Note and i, the
holder thereof.
5. The Defendant. are in default of their obligation. under
the term. of the Not.e by reaton of failure to pay prinoipal and
intere.t paymente when due.

6. After application of all payment. by or on behalf of the
Defendante of prinoipal and intere.t on the Note, there remaine
an unpaid principal balanoe due from and owing by the eefendante
