total amount of $7,956.48 payable to Meridian Bank in forty-eight
(48) monthly in.tall..nt.. A true and oorreot copy of the Hot. i.
attached a. Exhibit A to and incorporated by referenoe in thi.
Complaint.

a9reement contained therein, the plaintiff WI' granted a purcha.e

Vehicle by oaueinCiJ an enoumbrance in favor of the Bank to be noted
on the certificate of title i.lued by the penn.ylvania Department
of Tran.portation with re.pect to the Vehicle. A true and correct
oopy of that certificate of title i. attached hereto a. Ixhibit B
and incorporated by reference in thi. complaint.
8. The Defendant it in default in the performance of hie
